Is Vegas Puck Line a secure site?
How do I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our tanks, tees, sweatshirts, and hoodies, Vegas Puck Line can not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if the item arrives to you defective, we will absolutely work with you to facilitate a return/exchange. If that occurs, please reach out to us immediately and we will walk you through that process.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Shortly after you place your order, we begin processing it. However, if you ordered the wrong size, item, or design, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have a very small window to change orders, so please reach out to us ASAP. The terms and conditions for returns and exchanges will apply.
How long will it take me to get my order?
All orders are processed immediately after you place your order. We will have your order fully processed and ready for shipment in as little as a few hours, or up to five days (in rare cases). Your order should arrive in approximately 3-7 days AFTER processing is completed.
How can I pay for my order?
Vegas Puck Line currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Do you accept back orders?
We do not accept orders for inventory we do not have, so we do not accept back orders.
What if I order something and it is out of stock?
We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
